IETQAN

Guiding Principles

At IETQAN, our technical capability is only as strong as the principles behind it. The following values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines define the standards we hold ourselves to — not because we are required to, but because they reflect who we are.

Values

  • Integrity and ethics
  • Impartial counsel and validation
  • Customer focus
  • Shared knowledge and continuous learning
  • Transparency

Code of Conduct

  • We keep the interests of our clients as our highest priority.
  • We accept only those assignments we are qualified to perform.
  • We refuse all assignments in which we have a conflict of interest.
  • We adhere to and maintain the professional standards required.
  • We act with good faith, honesty, and fairness.
  • We respect the confidentiality of all business and personal information.
  • We deliver professional and unbiased advice.
  • We issue reports that are accurate records of actions taken, in line with our best practices.

Guidelines

  • We proactively identify and address situations where our independence or impartiality could be compromised, and we handle them openly and transparently.
  • Our reports and certificates accurately state actual findings, professional opinion, and results obtained — without modification or omission.
  • Through our Quality Management System, we ensure that all of the above rules are consistently applied across all assignments.
  • Our personal activities and relationships must not conflict — or appear to conflict — with the interests of IETQAN or its clients.
  • All client information received in the course of providing services is treated as strictly confidential and is subject only to authorised disclosure.
  • IETQAN’s technical information, systems, and know-how are proprietary assets stored in designated secure areas and disposed of securely.
  • We reject all forms of bribery and prohibit the offering, giving, or acceptance of gifts or inducements in any form, direct or indirect.

Confidentiality Declaration

All personnel and associates engaged by IETQAN are required to treat as strictly confidential all documentation and information provided by IETQAN or any of its clients. Except as required by law or in demonstrating conformance with national accreditation requirements, no documentation may be copied or information disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the client. All proprietary rights are fully protected.

All personnel understand what constitutes a conflict of interest or inducement, and are required to report any such occurrence to IETQAN management immediately.
